Magnetic foils are plastic-bonded, flexible and permanent magnetic. They are also water resistant but not waterproof and it's not advisable to keep them in water for prolonged periods of time. These magnets dual-layer. Please note: these magnets MAY NOT stick to stainless steel appliances. So please check in advance whether or not the surface you are planning to use is "magnet friendly".
