Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of being received. We ship via common  carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and APC Logistics. If you don't receive your order within 7-10 days of shipmenmt date (within USA), please contact us and we will make arrangements to either re-send your order or refund you. For all other countries we ship to, please allow up to 30 days to receive your order. If the order does not arrive within 30 days from the day of shipment, please contact us and we will make arrangements to either re-send your order or refund you. Please note that due to local laws and regulations, you may be responsible for certain customs fees/duties/taxes/VAT depending on where you live and what your local regulations are. We try our best to send items using the best possible logistical route and value them fairly and according to current market trends, however, we cannot guarantee that you won't be charged anything.
